Web Site Hit Counter Trouble Shooting

NOTE: Before trouble shooting your hit counter please visit the installation page to make sure your hit counter was installed correctly. Reinstalling your hit counter code correctly could fix the problem you're expriencing.

Why do I see code instead of a counter?
This happens when your web site design or editing software thinks that the html code for yout hit counter is text content for your site instead of HTML code. You need to copy the counter code and paste it directly into the source code of your page. If you are pasting the code into the source code and you want the counter on the very bottom of the page, paste it just before the </body> tag you should see near the end of the code.

My Hit Counter Just Stopped Working
You may have accidently altered the original counter code. Simply re-Register and install a new hit counter, making sure not to make any changes to the counter code. Creating a hit counter for you site is a very simple process. Simply select the hit counter you like and will will provide you with the html code for that hit counter. Simply copy and paste the html code we provide you into your web page and your hit counter will start working once your have uploaded your page to your server. After installation, all the images are broken.
The hit counter was installed incorrectly or the wrong URL was used. Simply re-Register and install a new hit counter, making sure not to make any changes to the counter code.
